Dear 100% Pure family, I wish you a very happy, healthy new year filled with lots of joy and love!NO MORE (or less) SHIPPING PROBLEMS 🥳 We have always manufactured most of our products, warehoused, and shipped out of our facility in California. However, we moved warehousing and shipments to a professional 3PL (3rd party logistics) last year, and it turned out to be the biggest failure in our company's history. The 3PL consistently lost our inventory, was perpetually late with shipments, didn't properly pack the orders resulting in tons of breakages (despite numerous training sessions), ghosted us and not returning calls or showing up to meetings, among many other issues. We are now in the process of transitioning to another 3PL that is more professional and reliable. I am sincerely so very sorry for all the frustrations you experienced during our 3PL nightmare last year ~ this is now getting corrected!!! Thank you so very, very much for sticking with us during this challenging time.NO MORE (or less) OUT OF STOCKS!! 🥰❤️ Another pain point has always been our out-of-stocks. We produce almost all our skincare, body, and hair care products in our in-house lab, led by our very own Dr. Cody Chalker, PhD chemist, along with his team of other brilliant PhD chemists. For these items, you'll notice fewer out-of-stock situations. Dr. Cody not only has super talented PhD chemists working on the best formulas but also incredibly smart PhD robotics engineers who build our manufacturing equipment, enabling us to create the best products for you. 🍒 PLANT PIGMENTED MAKEUP WILL BE IN STOCK TOO!!! 🍓 Our color cosmetics have been made by another facility, which has always been slow to produce and deliver. They haven’t been able to keep up with the huge demand for our fruit pigmented makeup. We are starting to produce a lot of our makeup ourselves (and by another much larger facility that can handle the volume). It took a long time to get to this point due to the learning curve of working with plant pigments. Plant pigments are extremely volatile and unstable, but our brilliant Dr. Cody has figured out an innovative way to keep the plant pigment molecules stable in color cosmetic formulations. So, the cosmetics inventory will be improving soon too!NEWNESS 🌹 Last year, what I've been personally working on was preparing to launch four new companies this year, one of which I have been working on since 2014 😅. I can't wait to share all the newness with you! I am extremely grateful to you for sticking with us through all our debacles. When you make a mistake, you try to make up for it the best way you can.
