The recycled down is reclaimed from used clothing and bedding, diverting waste from landfills and extending the lifecycle of the natural filling. The shell fabric is protected with Teflon™ fabric protector which resists soil, stains, and spills.

Providing enduring warmth, the lightweight Dyngja down jacket is designed for daily city life as well as outdoor adventures during cold winters.

Even though he no longer lives there, every September Valdimar brings his horses to Keldudalur to graze. The Icelandic horse, the only breed of horse on the island, is a beloved creature.

“The valley is very good in bad weather, shelter can be found everywhere, no matter which direction. It’s good for the horses to be free for a bit every year” says Valdimar. Now, in December, it’s time for the horses’ annual pilgrimage back to the stables in Þingeyri.
