Today is the "First Day of Summer".

Although summers in Iceland tend to be more a state of mind than a succession of nice, warm, sunny days, the "First Day of Summer" is an actual public holiday. 

Every year, on the first Thursday after April 18, school is off, offices stay locked, and most non-essential stores close their doors.

This backpack is made from leftover fabric and is therefore produced in limited quantities. It is a 15L backpack and available in various colors as we use the leftover fabrics through the seasons. The fabric on the sides, front and top is waterproof and strengthening fabric on the bottom. To ensure breathability it has neoprene on the back.
