Give your faded, damaged, or neglected family photographs a boost so you can share them with your relatives! In this one-week workshop, we’ll show you the basics of photo editing using the latest software and apps.

Each day, you’ll learn a new photo editing technique while working on a photo(s) of your choosing to get “hands-on” experience.

Get ready for some hands-on learning with this one-week workshop! The workshop focuses on hands-on learning, so please be prepared to commit some time to each day's lesson.

If you happen to miss a day, no worries. You can access any lesson and download the materials to catch up at the end. You can also access the workshop discussion boards until the end of the week. If you need more time, you can access and read course materials for a year after the workshop ends. 

To get the most out of this workshop, we recommend choosing a few photos ahead of time. It will give some options to try new techniques and better determine what software or app will work best. 

In this 1 week course  you’ll learn:

• Key terms and best practices for scanning and saving your images

• Simple solutions to fix common problems

• Where to find websites and apps for “one-touch” fixes and more detailed editing

• How to use your edited digital photographs for photo books, slideshows, or other fun family history projects

Plus: You’ll have instructor Lisa Alzo there to answer your questions and guide you through each step of the way.
