Teaching Youth Leadership Is The Mission Of This Week's Hero

Paula has dedicated her career to the Inner-City and Urban high schools to teach these youth leadership skills. She has developed a program designed to empower our high school youth for nine weeks to engage in a strenuous leadership curriculum and lesson plan tailored to their needs. The leadership program builds their confidence, leadership skills, and self-esteem to become leaders in their communities. After they have completed their nine-week program, they are empowered to organize and participate in their very own P.A.M. Media Outreach Urban Communities Teen Summit designed especially for their school.
