Harvest: 2021 Viognier
Our winemakers and operations team spent time at the end of August ensuring that next year's Viognier will be better than ever before. Meeting in the vineyard at daybreak in Hopland, California, the team was able to get hands-on with the fruit, harvesting and preparing the grapes for transport. Immediately after harvest, the grapes are pressed and (after cold settling) the juice is racked to barrel and brought down to our winery in Graton, California to ride out fermentation!
Viognier Tasting Notes: 
Honeysuckle, grilled peaches, Meyer lemon, bright acidity, peach puree, on the palate with a lingering finish.
