It’s super easy to use: put your cup in the sterilizer, add water and soap, and shake with your finger holding the lid. Rinse the cup and use it again.

If you’re camping or staying in a rental, you can even use a microwave to sterilize your menstrual cup. Put your cup and some water into the sterilizer. Put the lid on, but make sure to leave it half open to allow steam to evaporate. Microwave for 3-5 mins.
