Meet Mica...

Mica is a 24+ year veteran of the fitness industry. She started teaching group fitness classes as an intern at age 16 and went on to earn her degree in Kinesiology from the University of Arkansas. She is trained in over 20 different fitness formats ranging from Bounce, Barre, Kickboxing, Strength, Pilates, and more.

She is a skilled instructor, personal trainer, club manager, master trainer, international fitness conference presenter, program director, and now owner of Barre Intensity®. While she loves leading participants through fun workouts, her passion is training, educating, and creating programs for fitness instructors.

Barre Intensity® offers in person and online instructor education, certifications, workshops, and class choreography. All rooted in Barre Fitness.
