"This product is awesome. Exceeded my expectations by a mile. Retired military, bad lower back, knees... I spoke with my Ortho doctor who said be careful, but go for it. So we did. The unit itself is solid in construction. Research said to go with bungee cords, not springs. Came out of the box and all we had to do was put on the legs, and we were in business. The company is also outstanding, excellent customer service, prompt processing and delivery. The workout is fun, does not hurt my joints and I do not feel jarred. Did I mention it is fun?
