We wanted to let you know that we’ve made a few updates to Lane Bryant’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Please review our updated Privacy Policy, which includes a few changes including:
- introducing you to our new parent company, Lane Bryant Brands Opco LLC, which includes companies affiliated with the Lane Bryant, Cacique and Livi brands;
- in compliance with current state laws and regulations, limiting the right to access or delete data to California residents at this time;
- including some additional information on industry opt-outs for targeted advertising that may be available to you; and
- updating information regarding some of the data we collect, and the ways we use and share it.
We have also made some limited changes to our Terms of Use and encourage you to review those as well.
These updated policies will take effect on December 7, 2021.

By continuing to interact with us after December 7, 2021 you acknowledge and agree to the updated Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
