8 MONCLER PALM ANGELS: IT’S ALWAYS TIME TO PLAY

Milan-born Francesco Ragazzi started Palm Angels in 2011 as a photographic documentation of LA's skater culture. For 8 MONCLER PALM ANGELS the sartorial anthropologist worked from the idea of a vintage shop where different elements mix. Eschewing pre-set seasonal codes, the capsule reimagines a wardrobe of archetypes; the puffer jacket, the Hawaiian shirt, the cardigan and more. Throughout, the Moncler logo is refashioned with an elegant angel-winged palm replacing the traditional cockerel emblem over the word Moncler. The metamorphic collaboration extends to a debut partnership with cult Italian brand Moon Boot, transforming the classic puffer-style ski boot with a playful animal print.
