Our Summer Clearance Sale continues this week, and we have two incredible cottons to show you: Nimbus + Nimbus Paints!

Nimbus is a soft-serve treat of cool, creamy cotton spun with a touch of nylon in a chainette format to ensure your knits have movement and drape without sacrificing structure and durability.  

Knitting with Nimbus feels similar to knitting with soft, buttery wool, making it an excellent alternative for those who might be sensitive to wool. And because it's chunky weight, it's a lovely option for lofty blankets and flowy, three-season sweaters and stylish accessories too!

You'll need:

• 4-6 skeins Nimbus
• US 10.5 needles
• Pattern

The Westport Blanket pattern includes 6 sizes, from baby to XXL! 

Please note, while the pattern calls for US 13 needles, we used US 10 needles and followed instructions for the size small.

To knit a Westport Blanket like ours, you'll need:

• 3 skeins of Nimbus (more for larger sizes)
• US 10 32" circular needles
• Stitch markers
• Westport Blanket pattern

Nimbus has a colorful counterpart- Nimbus Paints! This is the same chunky soft cotton you find in Nimbus, but it's dyed into a slow change striping yarn. As a result, Nimbus Paints give you the color pop of hand-dyed yarns but with more consistent color repeats.

It's rare to see such spectacular shades in cotton! We love how all of the fun colors elevate even the simplest, most vanilla hat pattern!
