Spring is just around the corner, and we're so excited to introduce this gorgeous new laceweight yarn! It has all the sweetness of fluffy baby chicks and is dyed in colorways reminiscent of candy-colored flowers - it's like a refreshing breath of spring in a skein!

Emma's Suri Silk is a luscious laceweight blend of 74% baby Suri alpaca and 26% silk that's impossibly soft and practically weightless! 

This yarn can be used on its own for any lace or fine gauge project, and it makes an excellent companion yarn to carry alongside other yarns for adding a gauzy halo of fluffiness to your finished knitted fabrics.

It's also a fantastic new option for those with a mohair sensitivity!  

Each 328-yard skein of Emma's Suri Silk is hand-dyed in a tonal range of semi-solid, color-washed shades that perfectly coordinate with fingering weight Emma's Practically Practically Perfect Sock and Emma's Washable Worsted Wool.

This wonderfully light chill chaser from designer Laura Dobraz features a simple, continuous lace pattern that'll have you thinking of delicate spring buds winding their way up a trellis!  

You'll need:

• 2 skeins of Emma's Suri Silk 
• US 7 16" circular needles
• Frond of You Cowl pattern
