From sustainable denim to worker shoes...

Since its inception in 1977, London-based label Drake's has become renowned for its meticulous craftsmanship, exacting quality and idiosyncratic design sensibility.

Originally a maker of men's 'Scarves, Shawls and Plaids', Drake's has since expanded its offering to include everything from soft Italian-made tailoring to shirting made in its very own Somerset factory.

In the words of Drake's creative director Michael Hill, "We make things that people can and will want to wear, for years and years to come".

Ascot X Charlie was founded in 2018 by a pair of friends who set out to create sneakers that struck a balance between elegant design, quality and durability – without compromising on sustainability.

As one of a select number of independent Made in Italy sneaker brands, its shoes are handcrafted at a family-owned atelier outside Florence using only the finest materials, including leather from the renowned Mastrotto tannery and original Margom soles.

Meticulous attention to detail is afforded to each pair of Ascot X Charlie sneakers – from moulding the ultimate last to perfecting the double stitching around the outsole.

Borne out of frustration at the state of the fashion industry, Swedish jeans brand Jeanerica aims to democratise denim, harnessing its original function as an item for everyone.

With simplicity at its core, the Jeanerica range features essential styles in perfect fits and expert washes. The look is classic-meets-contemporary, updated takes on old-school favourites.

Jeanerica's jeans are made from 98% cotton with 2% elastane for the perfect combination of sturdiness and stretch. There's a style for everyone: from '90s-inspired tapered legs to classic straight fits.

Oliver Co.'s vegan wallets, cardholders, passport holders and keyrings look good and do good, making use of innovative sustainable fabrics to challenge our understanding of luxury items.

With sustainability at its core, the brand uses biomaterials, which combine biology, technology and material science to deliver design and performance with minimal environmental impact.

KLEMAN is a French footwear label whose functional worker shoe, most notably the Pador style, have become world-renowned for their timeless style and uncompromising durability.

When it was established in 1988, the brand quickly became the go-to shoemaker for everyone from the Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer (the French national railway company), to the French army.

Manufactured exclusively in its factory in Anjou, France, all of KLEMAN's shoes make use of the highest quality leathers, whilst boasting anti-slip properties and abrasion resistance.
