Prepare for Daylight Saving with our top tipsIt’s almost time to change the clocks! And, although you’d probably love an extra hour of sleep, it’s not quite as easy for Baby to adjust. We’ve put together some insightful tips to help Baby and family adjust to the end of Daylight Saving so you’ll all be snoozing peacefully soon. |

Get ahead of the time change. Start putting your little one to bed ten minutes later every other day starting one week before Daylight Saving, and continue the adjustment one week post-Daylight Saving. |
Stay consistent! Aside from the new times, follow your normal bedtime and naptime wind down routines. |
Start dinner a little later so Baby has the usual interval between meals & sleep. |
Remember, clocks are set back Sunday, November 6, 2022, at 2:00 a.m. EST. Check out the rest of our tips for adjusting! |
