When we learn photography, we all learn that sunset and sunrise are the best times to go out and take photos. The light is nice and soft, you get those golden tones and it creates interesting light. Contrary to that, the middle of the day, especially in Summer, has the sun high up in the sky giving off very unflattering light that we generally aim to avoid.
