Who are we donating to?

Transition Projects, a local non-profit that supply needed items to their homeless community members. Transition Projects has operated for over 50 years, and provided life-changing and life-saving support for those experiencing homelessness. Their services include housing placement, temporary shelters, support and resource services, and even public advocacy for justice and equity. They have a direct need of socks and underwear year-round to help our most vulnerable neighbors.
