To All Our Dear Friends and Loyal Customers,
As we start a New Year and a new phase for our company, we would like to reflect back on the past year.
First and foremost, we would like to thank all of our old customers who have continued to support us as well as all our new customers who gave us a shot. Without your support, there is no SPIER & MACKAY. So from all of us here, we thank you and are forever grateful for your patronage.
At the start of the year, we were bullish for 2022. But as the year wore on it became a year of rampant inflation, staff shortages, and ongoing logistical challenges. All combined for another tough year. Thankfully we made it through and we believe we're stronger for it. We are hopeful that a lot of these issues have stabilized and are behind us so we can focus on the future to bring you exciting new products and create a much better experience moving forward.
We will be the first to acknowledge the challenges we've had in our customer service, shipping, and returns departments. In all these areas, we have addressed the issues and hope to see significant improvements in the short and long terms. We've added several talented new faces to our team and moved to a new office/warehouse that has finally allowed us to consolidate all our staff and products under one roof.
We look forward to 2023. We're confident it will be our best year yet. We have several new programs rolling out including, finally a proper overhaul of our custom programs. Stay tuned!
