INTRODUCING OUR GRAPE LEATHER COLLECTION

Our commitment to embrace more sustainable practices is the force behind our new grape leather capsule collection. The collection has been skilfully handcrafted in Spain with smooth grape leather that is made in Italy using innovative techniques that repurpose waste materials from the wine-making industry.

This is a journey that started way back in June 2018. It took us some time to find a material that could offer the quality, durability and luxurious look and feel that are the hallmarks of a Strathberry bag. We lost count of the number of fabrications we tested and rejected, including apple leather, mushroom leather and even pineapple leather, amongst others. The years of painstaking research and development were all worthwhile - we're incredibly pleased with the final result.

Supporting Strathberry as ambassador for this exciting new venture is celebrity stylist, sustainability advocate, and long-time friend of Strathberry Tara Swennen.
