| βTo our Community, We are committed to building and elevating our mission to make great energy accessible, every day. We wanted to provide an update on just some of the things that we've been working on to further that mission and in pursuit of belonging, justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion:
π» Energizing Communities Program: So far in 2022, weβve donated more than 13,000 Verb products to organizations around the country. In March, we formalized our donation efforts by creating our Energizing Communities Program. Through this program, we partner with different organizations each month to send energy their way, dive deeper into their work, and celebrate their impact on the community. Weβre grateful to have connected with Bottomless Closet, Climate Changemakers, and Moms for Moms via Energizing Communities thus far. Have a community youβd like to energize? Email us at energizingcommunities@verbenergy.co In addition to product donations through our Energizing Communities Program, we donated funds to the community in Buffalo, New York, in response to the horrific terrorist attack in Buffalo on May 14. Here at Verb, we continue to do the work to stand against hate, racism, and violence. π» Our guide for Vendor & Partner relationships: We want to continue building a business of integrity that creates positive conversations around diversity, equity, and inclusion. To ensure intentional progress, weβve created a guide to ensure beneficial value-based conversations and collaboration with all of our partners. π» Training & Development: We are fine-tuning our skills to make improvements in our work processes, management styles, and further commitment to developing our teamβs positive energy. Finally, we believe energy is best when itβs shared, so we had the privilege of learning from a member of our Verb community, Jodie Patterson.
