The daughter of a World War II veteran, Linda served for more than a decade as Connecticut’s Commissioner of Veterans Affairs, the first woman to hold that position. She went on to become an Asst. Secretary at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Over her long career, she has worked tirelessly and made major contributions to a wide range of veterans issues, including advancing the cause of disabled veterans.
