This International Women’s Day we want to shine a spotlight on Smart Works, a UK charity that believes in the power of clothes and coaching to transform a woman’s confidence. Founded in 2016, Smart Works exists to give women the courage they need to reach their full potential, secure employment and change the trajectory of their lives.
