What’s the best way to adapt to Vivos?
1. Take short walks (our 100 day returns policy covers you for indoor or outdoor wear).
2. Listen to your body. Don’t ‘push on through’ or tough it out. If your calves feel tight, for example, reduce your distance.
3. Bring new movement into your exercise plan. Try deep squatting (with heels on the ground), to slowly develop greater range of movement in your ankles.
4. Walk before you run. Cushioned trainers encourage our bodies into bad habits – such as heel striking and long strides. Barefoot running is about low impact, quick steps – the way our ancestors ran.
