Here are 3 natural training tips from Kaisa Keranen, Founder of the Just Move app and a Vivo ambassador. TIP 1 MAINTAIN MOBILITY Being able to move your joints with full control through full range of motion will reduce pain and prevent injury. Try setting a regular alarm to do a mobility drill, or spend 15 minutes on mobility before workouts. TIP 2 USE STRENGTH TRAINING Stretching is vital, but doesn’t always require holding stabilised positions. TIP 3 DON’T IGNORE CARDIO Providing you’re also strength training, resting well and consuming enough calories and protein, cardio doesn’t mean losing muscle. In fact, 30-40 minutes of cardio 2-3 times per week will improve your recovery, energy and long-term health. |
