| Adam: Learning, sharing, and watching people being their
authentic selves.
Lauren: For me, it’s about having power within to do things on
my own. Having help from other people is great, but being an
independent spirit means I have to find courage from within. I
also love to hula hoop. Just me, outside with my hoop. | | |
| | | Adam: I think everyone could benefit from this lifestyle,
from stripping things back.
Lauren: Plus, it’s really dark and quiet here, so you get a good
night’s sleep. Pretty sure everyone would benefit from that. | | |
