The Ninth Amendment.

While the purpose of the ninth amendment may be clear, the most often asked question is “who determines those rights not enumerated in the constitution?“ Court decisions have been positioned in favor of the “natural rights“ while legislatures, creating laws from the majority, are often in conflict with each other due to evolving social morals of society. The Supreme Court has overturned more than 150 acts of the U.S. Congress as unconstitutional.
