One Skein Summer Shawls!

With summer vacation season in full swing, today we're bringing you 3 of our favorite knitting projects made for vacation knitting: one skein shawls! 

That's right, you can knit the patterns we're spotlighting today with just one skein of yarn - and get a jump on your Fall accessory knitting! Shift into vacay mode and get ready to relax with these enjoyably easy shawls!

You can knit Lightweight Hipster from Joji Locatelli with just 1 skein of Fiberstory Fave Sock, which we stock in all shops!

This shawl's crossed stitches and fringe add a unique pop of visual interest and are less complicated than they look to create. The only trouble you'll have is choosing your favorite color of Fave Sock! 

To knit your own Lightweight Hipster, you'll need:

• 1 skein of Fiberstory Fave Sock (shown here in Mesa)
• US 7 32" circular needles
• Lightweight Hipster pattern

Samadhi Shawl by Martina Behm is chock-full of meditative garter stitch goodness! Its satisfying, faux i-cord border is easy to work and does a beautiful job of accenting this shawl's gently rippled edging.

You can knit this shawl with just 1 skein of our beautiful, tonally dyed Loop Sprig, available in all shops!

To knit your own Samadhi Shawl, you'll need:

• 1 skein of Loop Sprig
• US 4 32" circular needles
• Samadhi Shawl pattern

Our Garter Triangle Shawl makes amazing use of 1 skein of Noro Kakigori! 

Kakigori is a delectable blend of cotton, silk, rayon and nylon. Each of its colorfully happy shades are dotted with flecks of bright tweedy flecks that create extra subtle striping. It's an outstanding summer yarn with generous yardage that knits up in to supple, next-to-skin soft accessories and garments.

To knit your own Kakigori Garter Triangle Shawl, you'll need:

• 1 skein of Noro Kakigori (shown here in Hakodate, which is sold out and unavailable due to supply chain issues)
• US 8 32" circular needles
• The pattern is FREE on our website!
