It's the time of year when everyone needs a great winter hat. So whether you're craving a stylish, giftable option or go-to topper for yourself, today we're bringing you one of our tried and true favorites!

Our texture-ific Daxton hat, knit in squishy Double Sunday yarn from Sandnes Garn, is unisex and reversible, making it the perfect everyday hat for you and everyone on your gift list!

How do you like to wear your hats? Brimmed or brimless? Fitted or with a bit of slouch? Our pattern includes directions for knitting, both a snuggly folded brim watch cap and a stylish beanie! 

Daxton's variation on a broken rib motif yields a hat that's comfortably stretchy yet dense for warm winter wear. You've also got the option to wear it right side out for a twist on the classic rib look, or wear it inside out for a double dose of delicious texture!

If you've never knit with Double Sunday yarn, you're in for a treat. This soft and durable DK weight merino features a pleasing twist that delivers a lively stitch definition. It's a wonderful option for cozy sweaters and accessories!

To knit the Daxton hat, you'll need: 

• 2 skeins Double Sunday yarn
• US 7 16" circular needles
• The pattern is our gift to you with your yarn purchase (or you can purchase the pattern here on Ravelry)
