Confetti Shawl in Rowan Tweed Haze!

Today we're bringing you a brand new shawl design in decadent Rowan Tweed Haze! We're calling it the Confetti Shawl, thanks to the fun, candy-colored, tweedy flecks swirled throughout this sugar-spun yarny confection!

The Confetti Shawl is a classic, top-down triangle design with a deep garter edge and yarn-over columned spine. If you can knit, purl and increase, you can make this shawl! 

Layer your Confetti Shawl over your favorite blouse or winter sweater, or pop it over your winter coat as a stylish topper for extra snuggly coziness!

How does Tweed Haze manage to be both impossibly light and toasty warm? Great question! 

Tweed Haze is a lightweight blend of halo-licious mohair and alpaca wrapped around a cotton chainette core. The fibers are whipped into a cloud-like fluff and sprinkled with a fun dose of whimsical, confetti-like flecks!

This lighter-than-air yarn is classified as a chunky weight. It calls for big needles, which translate into speedy knitting! It's also a yarn that does all of the work for you, meaning its complex composition shines when it's paired with clean, straightforward designs.

To knit the Confetti Shawl, you'll need

• 3 balls of Rowan Tweed Haze (shown here in the color Winter)
• US 10 32" circular needles
