The Rain or Shine Shawl's mesmerizing motif is best described as a garter-based brick stitch. It uses Stephen's popular fading marl technique to melt your colors together using garter and slipped stitches. 

This shawl is knit entirely with laceweight mohair silk held double, making it practically weightless, almost like wearing a fluffy cloud!
