Each size-inclusive pattern workbook serves as a detailed roadmap, encouraging knitters to choose their favorite sweater features through a menu of customizable options, then clear instructions and illustrations guide you through the process creating a finished garment that is uniquely your own!
Sweaters in this series are knit in Brooklyn Tweed Loft, a light, woolen spun, fingering weight yarn that we carry at Loop in Center City and online in a rich, complex palette of tonal and marled colors that are reminiscent of handspun. | | The Box Pullover workbook encourages you to design your ideal pullover with comfy, modern, boxy styling!
Each sweater is knit from the bottom up and you'll choose from multiple variations for sleeve length, hem shape, and collar treatment: - Will you go sleeveless, short, three-quarter or long sleeves? All sleeves are worked flat and bottom up, then sewn into the armholes and seamed.
- You'll also decide on hem options spanning classic, curved or vented.
- Collar options are Crew Neck, a Mock Neck, and Turtleneck.
Body hems, sleeve cuffs, and collars can be worked in multiple stitch options: 1x1 Ribbing, 2x2 Ribbing, Beaded Rib, or Garter Stitch (as well as a simple, rolled stockinette collar). | | | To knit your own Box Pullover, you'll need: | | We get a ton of requests for perfect vest patterns. Now, the Modern Tabard workbook lets you create a sleeveless vest with all of the elements to make it your own personal perfect!
