The One Baby Sweater by Erika Flory is a sweet pop-over cardigan that uses one skein, one button and one needle! We made ours in our one-derfully soft new yarn Petal: a machine-washable cashmere blend for your special baby!

Petal is dyed right here in Philadelphia in a range of tonal solids, and we love its luxe base of 80% merino, 10% cashmere, and 10% nylon, meaning it's machine washable; using the cold, gentle cycle!

And, most importantly, each pillowy skein is baby soft; we're talking seriously buttery here - this yarn is calling out for next-to-skin wear!

Sized for babies 0-3 months*, the One Sweater has simple, top-down yoke styling and cute button closure.

To knit a One Baby Sweater, you'll need:

1 skein of Loop Petal - shown here in wheat
US 8 24" circular needle

This buttery, unisex cowl is a luxe hug that's knit from the top-down and consists of an adaptable collar and a flat panel front and back. Fold the collar down and wear it turtleneck style, or scrunch it up for a snuggly dose of squishy slouch!⁠ ⁠

The flat panels tuck effortlessly inside your jacket with no bulk, sealing out the chill where your jacket meets your collar. ⁠
