Nature's Palette's bold, nature-inspired shades are getting us excited about fun, color-forward, colorwork knits! And because this yarn is worsted weight, it's a perfect choice for all of your favorite wooly sweaters and accessories!

You may be wondering how Nature's Palette compares to traditional, heathered Shelter. Like Shelter, it has a pleasing plumpness thanks to its spun and blooms beautifully when blocked. However, texture-wise, we've found it to feel slightly softer in the skein than the original Shelter!

FIRST COLORWORK COWL KIT

We've mixed and matched some favorite shades of classic Shelter and Nature's Palette to knit BT's First Colorwork Cowl. It turned out so nicely; we've made kits in two colorways!

This skill-building intro to colorwork features motifs in 1 and 2-color strand combos to eliminate tricky floats. Choose from 3, 4, or 5 color variations; the pattern includes instructions for each.
