BROOKLYN TWEED TONES LIGHT

Knitters always look forward to the cooler days of autumn, and Brooklyn Tweed has just dropped a new yarn that's got us even more excited than usual - join us in welcoming new Tones Light to Loop!

Tones Light is a lofty, fingering weight version of BT's popular worsted weight Tones yarn. Tones Light has the same soft, lofty, woolen-spun texture as its big sister, and we're stocking it in all of the gorgeous duotone colors you know and love!

The Tones Light color palette has a unique, duotone nature that creates unique opportunities for nuanced color play.

Each colorway comes in tone pairs that begin as light and dark base yarns dyed the same color to create harmoniously heathered light Overtone or dark Undertone shades. There are 12 shade pairs for a total of 24 unique colorways.

The yarn is a versatile choice for all kinds of knitting - garments, accessories, lace, and colorwork! It has a springy, 2-ply construction made of Wyoming-grown Columbia wool that's plushly woolen spun for springy loft and excellent stitch definition.

ALL WAYS HAT

The All Ways Hat is an easy way to try out this brand new yarn!

It's knit in one piece from end to end using lots of meditative stockinette stitch for a double layer of warmth. It's a fun "blank canvas" pattern for juxtaposing your favorite Tones Light duotones!

The All Ways Hat pattern offers Watchcap (shown here) and Beanie options in sizes ranging from newborn through adult large - making excellent holiday gift knits for the whole family. The hat shown here uses baseline + stonewash overtones.

2 skeins of Tones Light (1 skein each in 2 colors).
US 5 16" circular needles + DPNSs

SHADOW STRIPE PULLOVER

The Shadow Stripe Pullover encourages you to get striping with your two favorite Tones Light duotones!

This size-inclusive, unisex sweater features comfortable styling in warm, squishy, "shadow garter stitch." It's knit top-down with customizable options for colors, hems, and sleeve and body length sizes.
