Cabled Shawlette in Loop Petal! Free Pattern!

A simple pattern often does a beautiful job of showing off a great yarn, and today we're bringing you one of our newest designs, the Cabled Shawlette, in our sumptuously buttery Loop Petal! 

Our worsted-weight Petal is cozy decadence in a skein! It's an oh-so-squishable blend of merino, cashmere, and nylon that's not just luxuriously soft; it's also easy care! Just pop your Petal knits into a cold/gentle cycle and lay them flat to dry.

And just like the other yarns in our Loop Yarn collection, we've house-dyed Petal in a curated rainbow of lively tonal colors ranging from everyday neutrals to vivid brights!

This pretty piece is made with a simple garter stitch and edged with an easy cable on one side and a knitted i-cord on the other. It looks like way fancier knitting than it is and knit in Petal, it's an extra cozy way to treat yourself to an everyday luxury!

The Cabled Shawlette will wear as easily with your favorite denim jacket as it will with your good wool coat, and it's an extra thoughtful gift for moms, daughters, and knit-worthy best friends! 

To knit your own Cabled Shawlette, you'll need:

• 2 skeins of Loop Petal (we used Cypress)
• US 8 needles 32" circular needles
• Cable Needle
