Þorbergur, also known as Tobbi, is an engineer by trade, on Iceland´s most popular cross country trail he has the 5 best finishing times. It, therefore, comes as no surprise that his favorite holiday tradition is running with his family.

"The Straumnes Gore-Tex Infinium jacket and pants are definitely my favorite and the styles I use the most. Both the jacket and the pants are made from a material that is very light, wind- and waterproof, but still allows for unrestricted movement. This enables me to move freely and fast while I do my training in the mountains, which is especially important due to the freezing cold and strong winds." says Tobbi

In 2005, Wouter and Janne met in Reykjavík after both individually moving to Iceland to study and travel. Today they live with their family in Þingeyri, a small village in the Westfjords, where they run the coffeehouse Simbahöllin.

The family uses our Workman hat the most. "We probably have around 100 pieces of this particular garment because our whole family uses them - as well as the whole village of Þingeyri, I think. If they are not marked with names they get forgotten in the swimming pool and other places in town, and someone else might take them home and start using them. That is the coziness of living in a small place." says Wouter and Janne.

Guðrún Ýr, also known by stage name GDRN, is a popular singer in Iceland and recently starred in Katla, an Icelandic mystery-drama television series.

Her favorite holiday tradition is to decorate "leaf bread" with her family and friends. Laufabrauð is a traditional kind of Icelandic bread, sometimes called snowflake bread, that is most often eaten in the Christmas season. Guðrún's most-used 66°North product is Básar merino wool base layer set.
