New! Biches + Buches Le Coton + Alpaca!

Today we're bringing you a brand new yarn from Biches + Bûches: Le Coton + Alpaca!

This yarn is an impossibly soft blend of cotton and alpaca. More specifically, it has a cotton core filled with blown alpaca to give your knits a diffused, glowy halo.

Biches + Bûches spent two years developing Le Coton + Alpaca to ensure it had all the properties for creating next-to-skin soft knits for year-round wear.

Although this yarn is technically worsted weight, it knits up with an incredibly flexible and versatile gauge. For knits with a fluffier, more fluid drape, you can use up to a US 10 needle. For firmer yet still supple fabrics, you can go down to US 7.

In true Biches + Bûches style, Le Coton + Alpaca is dyed in a dreamy palette of softly nuanced, nature-inspired colors that create distinct, beautiful knits. 

Top row: off white, nude pink +light peach, red brown + medium peach

Bottom row: dark rose grey, grey beige + soft green grey, dark gold + soft gold

Biches + Bûches Le Petit Lambswool and Le Petit Silk Mohair are restocked with new colors as well!

Use these two yarns together, companion knitting style, to knit yourself a soft and fluffy Stockholm Vest, Novice Cardigan, or Caramel Sweater!
